AceFlix - Account Deletion and Data Removal

This page explains how to delete your AceFlix account and the data associated with it. It applies to the AceFlix Android app available on Google Play.

Option 1: Delete your account from within the app (recommended)

If you can access the app, you can permanently delete your account directly from inside AceFlix. This will remove your account from Firebase Authentication and permanently disable access.

Steps (example): Open AceFlix → Settings → Delete Account → Confirm.

Option 2: Request deletion by email (if you cannot access the app)

If you are unable to access AceFlix, you may request account deletion by emailing:

aceflix1@outlook.com

Important: Please send the request from the same email address used to create your AceFlix account. This email address is the only identifier available to verify and process deletion requests.

What will be deleted

Your AceFlix account in Firebase Authentication (e.g., email/UID and authentication record).

What AceFlix does not store

AceFlix does not store additional user content or profile data on our own servers beyond the authentication record. Any locally stored information remains only on your device and is not accessible to us.

Processing time

Email-based deletion requests are typically processed within 7 business days.

Retention

Once deletion is completed, the account and its associated authentication data are permanently deleted. We do not retain the deleted account for future access.
